Itinerary -
Day 01: Arrive Delhi
On arrival in Delhi, meet our representaive who will further transfer you to a hotel. The evening will be free for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at Delhi hotel.Day 02: Delhi – Agra
Post breakfast at the hotel, drive to Agra. Upon arrival at Agra check-in at the hotel and then go for a tour to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Dinner and overnight stay at the Agra hotel.
Day 03: Agra - Lucknow
Post breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the railway station to board a flight for Lucknow. On arrival at Lucknow, you will be transferred to a hotel for overnight stay and dinner. In the afternoon, you will go for a city sightseeing tour. Overnight stay at the Lucknow hotel.
Day 04: Lucknow - Varanasi
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Varanasi. On arrival at Varanasi check-in at the hotel and then go for a trip to Sarnath, the holy place where Buddha delivered his first sermon. In the evening, you will attend the famous Ganga Aarti. Dinner and overnight stay at the Varanasi hotel.
Day 05: Varanasi - Bodhgaya
In the morning, go for the famous boat ride. After breakfast, you will be visiting Bodhgaya. On arrival at Bodhgaya, check-in at the hotel. Later visit Mahabodhi Temple complex, which features a tall stone lotuses, figures of Buddha sitting in different postures on the walls, his footprints on the stones and a colossal golden Buddha in the sanctum sanctorum. Also, you will see a Bodhi Tree in the complex, the sacred fig tree under which Buddha achieved enlightenment.
Day 06: Bodhgaya – Nalanda – Rajgir - Bodhgaya
Post breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full day excursion to Rajgir & Nalanda. First, you will visit Nalanda, one of the ancient world’s great universities and a major Buddhist center of academic excellence. Later, you will embark on a 20 km ride to Rajgir to see Griddhkuta "Hill of Vultures," a heritage site where Lord Buddha spent several months meditating and teaching Dharma. After that, visit Saptparni caves where Buddha's first council was organized and is also a source of Rajgir's hot springs. In the evening, return to Bodh Gaya hotel for overnight stay and dinner.
Day 07: Bodhgaya – Vaishali - Kushinagar
Post breakfast at the hotel, drive to Kushinagar. En-route, visit Vaishali, a significant Buddhist pilgrimage site where Lord Buddha preached his last sermon. Here, you will also visit Ashok Pillar, erected by Emperor Ashok to commemorate the spot of the last sermon. Later continue drive to Kushinagar. On arrival at Kushinagar check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08: Kushinagar - Lumbini
Post breakfast, go for the city sightseeing tour. After spending a day at Kushinagar, drive to Lumbini, the birth place of Lord Buddha. On arrival at Lumbini, check-in at the hotel for overnight stay and dinner.
Day 09: Lumbini
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Lumbini Park where the Ashok Pillar carries the inscription - where the Buddha was born. Then, visit Mayadevi temple, which is sacred to Buddha's mother. Later visit the China Temple, a pagoda-style temple with many prayers and meditation cells. Dinner and overnight stay a the Lumbini hotel.
Day 10: Lumbini - Sravasti
Post breakfast at the hotel, drive to Saravasti. On arrival at Saravasti check-in at the hotel. Later in the afternoon, visit Sravasti where Lord Buddha passed the greater part of his monastic life and preached after the enlightenment. Also, we will visit the Ananda Bodhi tree where Lord Buddha meditated for a night then visit Jetavan where Lord Buddha performed some miracle. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11: Sravasti – Lucknow - Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel, drive to Lucknow. On arrival at Lucknow visit the railway station to board a train onwards.
Day 12: Arrive Delhi and Departs
On arrival in Delhi, meet our representatives, who will further transfer you to the airport to board flight onwards.

Buddhist Spiritual Holiday
Thousands of years ago, a significant portion of Buddha's life was spent in India and Nepal. This 12 day guided Buddhist Tour package, will take you to all those monuments and historical sites where Buddha was born, attained enlightenment, traveled widely, spread his message and towards the end, attained mahaparinirvan in this region.
The tour starts from Delhi, where you will be spending a day for leisure, Further, you will be visiting Agra to see Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. After a short stopover at Agra, book a train to reach Lucknow and then drive to Varanasi. When in Varanasi, visit the Sarnath, the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon. Also, you will be visiting Bodhgaya to see Mahabodhi Temple complex, which features the Bodhi Tree, a sacred fig tree under which Buddha achieved enlightenment. During your stay in Bodh Gaya, you will also be visiting Nalanda, Griddhkuta- Hill of Vultures, and Saptparni caves. Next day, you will go to Kushinagar via Vaishali. The tour also includes a trip to Sravasti, the capital of ancient Koshal empire, where Buddha spent a long time and showed his divine powers to impress upon the non-believers. After spending some time at Sravasti, return to Lucknow and then to New Delhi to board a flight to the destination onwards. This tour can be both enlightening and spiritual in so many different ways.
